Billing

The Billing section lets you manage billing-related settings for your app. To open it, click the Account Name icon at the bottom-left corner of the dashboard, then open the Billing section to view billing and subscription details.

  • Subscription — The plan you are currently subscribed to.
  • Created Date — The start date of the billing cycle for your current plan.
  • Next Billing At — The end date of your current billing cycle and the due date for your next payment.
  • Amount (Yearly / Monthly) — The amount you’ll pay for the selected billing period.
  1. Click the Change Plan button under the Billing tab to view all available plans.
  2. Use the toggle switch to see prices for Monthly and Yearly payment options.
  3. Select the plan you want, click Update, and proceed to the payment gateway.
  4. Complete the payment — your new plan is active immediately.

In the Payment History section you can view your subscription details, access invoices, review transactions, update payment methods, and manage your billing profile.

Under the Billing tab, click Payment History to be redirected to the Client Payment Portal.

Click the Subscriptions tab in the Client Payment Portal to view your complete subscription history.

  1. Click the Invoice tab in the Client Payment Portal.
  2. Select the duration in the top section.
  3. Click the Invoice Number to open it.
  4. Use the Print Order option to print or download the invoice.
  1. Click the Transactions tab in the Client Payment Portal.
  2. Select the duration in the top section.
  3. Click the Order Number to open a page where you can view the invoice related to that order and the transaction details under All Transactions.
  1. Click the Cancel Subscription tab under Billing.
  2. Reconfirm your cancellation request in the pop-up window.
  3. Your subscription is cancelled.
