Integrations

Wylto integrates with external platforms to automatically sync contacts, capture leads, and trigger actions. Available integration types include Contact Integrations, Event Integrations, Webhook Integrations, and Facebook Lead Flow.

Contact integrations sync customer data between Wylto and your existing tools (CRMs, databases, spreadsheets).

  • Incoming — Automatically create contacts in Wylto when a new lead is added in your CRM
  • Outgoing — Push Wylto contact data to your CRM when a new contact is created or updated

Webhooks let you connect Wylto with any external system using HTTP requests.

Receive data from external systems to create contacts, trigger workflows, or update records in Wylto.

  1. Navigate to Integrations → Webhooks from the sidebar.
  2. Click Create Webhook and select Incoming.
  3. Wylto generates a unique URL. Configure your external system to send POST requests to this URL.
  4. Define how incoming data maps to Wylto contact fields.

Send data from Wylto to external systems when specific events occur.

  • Trigger events — New contact, message received, chat assigned, tag added, etc.
  • Payload — Customize what data is sent in the webhook body
  • Headers — Add custom headers for authentication

Connect your Facebook Lead Ads to Wylto so new leads are automatically captured and engaged on WhatsApp.

  1. Navigate to Integrations → Facebook from the sidebar.
  2. Click Connect Facebook and authorize Wylto to access your Facebook pages and lead ads.
  3. Choose the Facebook page running your lead ads.
  4. Map the fields from your Facebook lead form to Wylto contact attributes.
  5. Set up an automatic WhatsApp message to send when a new lead comes in (e.g., a welcome message or a request to book a demo).
  6. Toggle the integration to Active. New leads will now flow directly into Wylto.

Once a Facebook lead is captured in Wylto:

  1. Contact is created with the lead form data (name, phone, email, etc.)
  2. Auto-response is sent via WhatsApp within seconds
  3. Workflow triggers — If configured, a nurturing workflow starts automatically
  4. Team notification — Your team is notified of the new lead

Event integrations let you track and respond to specific events from external systems:

  • Custom events from your app or website
  • Purchase events from e-commerce platforms
  • Appointment events from booking systems

Events can trigger workflows, update contact attributes, or send notifications.

For custom integrations, use the Wylto API to:

  • Create and manage contacts programmatically
  • Send messages via API
  • Trigger workflows
  • Retrieve conversation data

Contact support for API endpoint details and authentication credentials.
