Reports

The Reports section provides analytics and insights into your WhatsApp business performance. Monitor conversation metrics, agent productivity, and campaign results.

Track your overall messaging activity:

  • Total conversations — Number of conversations in a given period
  • New conversations — First-time customer interactions
  • Resolved conversations — Chats marked as resolved
  • Average response time — How quickly your team (or AI agents) respond
  • Average resolution time — Time from first message to resolution

Monitor how your team members and AI agents are performing:

Track the performance of your broadcast campaigns:

  • Sent — Total messages dispatched
  • Delivered — Messages successfully delivered
  • Read — Messages opened by recipients
  • Replied — Recipients who responded
  • Failed — Messages that could not be delivered
  • Delivery rate — Percentage of messages delivered vs sent
  • Read rate — Percentage of delivered messages that were read

Monitor your AI agent effectiveness:

  • Total AI conversations — Chats handled by AI agents
  • Resolution rate — Chats fully resolved by AI without human intervention
  • Escalation rate — Chats that were handed off to human agents
  • AI credits used — Credit consumption over time
  • Top questions — Most frequently asked questions

All reports support:

  • Date range picker — View data for any custom time period
  • Agent filter — Filter by specific team member or AI agent
  • Channel filter — Filter by WhatsApp number (if multiple)
  • Tag filter — Filter by contact tags

Export any report as:

  • CSV — For spreadsheet analysis
  • PDF — For sharing with stakeholders

Go to any report view and click the Export button in the top right corner.
